（一）支持企业科技创新

1.政策来源：重庆市人民政府办公厅《关于应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情支持中小企业共渡难关的二十条政策措施》（渝府办发〔2020〕14号）

2.支持对象：重庆市行政区域内设立、登记、注册的具有独立法人资格的企业、高等学校、科研院所等单位或其他具有科研和科技服务能力的机构

3.执行标准：①市自然科学基金：市自然科学基金资助标准：面上基金10万元/项；先锋项目10万元/项；博士后基金项目10万元/项；杰青项目50万元/项；重点基金项目80万元/项；创新群体项目不超过200万元/项。②企业牵头实施的疫病防控相关新产品、新技术应用研发，优先纳入市技术创新与应用发展专项重点支持方向，并按实际研发投入的20%给予资助，最高不超过500万元

（二）鼓励“专精特新”中小企业开展技术攻关和生产创新

1.政策来源：《工业和信息化部关于应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情帮助中小企业复工复产共渡难关有关工作的通知》（工信明电〔2020〕14号）

2.支持对象：“专精特新”中的小巨人企业和“专精特新”中小企业

3.执行标准：鼓励“专精特新”小巨人企业和“专精特新”中小企业针对新冠肺炎防治，在检测技术、药物疫苗、医疗器械、防护装备等方面开展技术攻关和生产创新，对取得重大突破的“专精特新”中小企业，在申报“专精特新”小巨人企业时予以优先考虑。即时启动2020年“创客中国”中小企业创新创业大赛“疫情防控”类参赛项目征集。率先征集诊断试剂、医疗器械、装备生产、药物疫苗、防护装备等创新项目，并做好技术完善、认证检测、资质申请和推广应用等服务工作

（三）支持科技型企业加快成果转化

3.执行标准：对科技型企业牵头为新冠肺炎疫情防控诊疗救治提供的具有明确应用效果的新技术、新产品，按照不超过其研发投入的20%、最高不超过500万元，给予一次性后补助；对科技型企业参加深圳高交会、北京科博会等展会重庆展团，加速科技成果转移转化的，视情况给予一定布展费用补贴
